A huge thank you to all the staff at Glenfield. Everyone has been so very helpful, friendly and compassionate when dealing with J and ourselves. Bringing Dad in for what we thought would be only 2 weeks to give family some respite, which in effect turned out to be 11 months was very upsetting for me. We were so pleased he settled in and we could visit, which made my mum happier. It has been a privilege to get to know you all, carers, nursing team and the office. We can’t thank you enough for the care you gave J. You have been kind and supportive not only to J but to V and myself, nothing has been too much trouble.
