There are no words to express out thanks for the outstanding kindness and care that you provided to not only pop’s (RL) but to us as a family. Although his time with you was short you allowed us the chance to make everlasting memories during this difficult time. There couldn’t have been a more perfect place for pops to have taken his final journey. You will always be in our memories and our hearts

A huge thank you to all the staff at Glenfield. Everyone has been so very helpful, friendly and compassionate when dealing with J and ourselves. Bringing Dad in for what we thought would be only 2 weeks to give family some respite, which in effect turned out to be 11 months was very upsetting for me. We were so pleased he settled in and we could visit, which made my mum happier. It has been a privilege to get to know you all, carers, nursing team and the office. We can’t thank you enough for the care you gave J. You have been kind and supportive not only to J but to V and myself, nothing has been too much trouble.
